4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:

- Grant access to required platforms (Google, Meta, hosting, etc.).
Delays caused by missing content or feedback may affect project timelines.
5. Intellectual Property & Usage
- Final deliverables become your property upon full payment.
- We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless requested otherwise in writing.
- Reuse, resale, or redistribution of our work without written consent is prohibited.
6. Content, Tools & Third-Party Platforms
We may use or integrate third-party tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, or Shopify. By using our services, you agree to their respective terms.
7. Revisions & Scope Changes
- Projects include a limited number of revisions.
- Major changes outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
- New features requested after project start will be quoted separately.
8. Confidentiality
All sensitive client information will be kept confidential and not shared outside our team without written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for high-quality results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as sales growth or search engine rankings. We are not liable for:
- Loss of business
- Third-party platform downtime
- Client-provided content errors
- Improper use of delivered assets
10. Termination Policy
- Either party may terminate a project with written notice.
- All completed work up to termination must be paid in full.
- We may terminate services for non-payment, abuse, or policy violations.
11. Website Access, Hosting & Downtime
We are not responsible for hosting issues or downtime caused by third-party providers. If hosting is managed by us, basic maintenance is included as per your plan.
